Once the final design is confirmed, our proficient English-speaking customer success team will guide you through the order process. This includes providing the final quotation prices, order confirmation, and the receipt of the required deposit. This entire process can typically be completed within a week.
Additionally, during the sample order process, you have the option to request approval of the wax prototype. Furthermore, you can also choose to approve the real jewelry sample before we proceed with the complete order.
