For those who already possess their brand's packaging materials, including components like boxes, cards, price tags, barcodes, etc., we welcome the opportunity to receive these items at our factory.

All incorrect items or shortages must be reported with commercial invoice no.,of the item in question when contacting the Atelier Laura sales team.

Returned items must be in the original condition. Atelier Laura will need to charge for cost of repair, rework of returned used item if it is not on the original condition.

The Atelier Laura sales team will inform you of the packaging and return instructions upon providing you with the RMA number.
Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued unless agreed in advance Please allow 4-8 weeks for us to receive and process the replacement merchandise.
Atelier Laura genuinely welcomes and supports customers who wish to see product samples in order to test the market before placing a large volume order with us.
In addition, if you’re a first-time customer, you can place an assorted sample order to evaluate the quality of our jewelry.
Minimum sample order is 1-6 pieces per designs.
We do not distribute any PRODUCT SAMPLES for free.
We require 100% full payment upfront plus shipping fee before starting the production. (If you have your own shipping account please inform.)
We accept payment method by T/T or PayPal or transferwise (Please note PayPal / transfer wise will result in at least 5% additional charges of your total order.)
Delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
Customers are responsible for any customs tax and duties for clearance.
The quantity of the sample order can be adjusted according to the setup cost of our production. (Ex. Some item can change to1 pc from 3 pcs of each.)
We ship your jewelry around the world by an international shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and EMS we also corporate with our partnership international air cargo service. Our shipping term is FOB. And customer takes responsibility the import tax in your country.
The shipment transportation by air it takes approximately 3-7 working days.
After the shipment dispatch, customer service team will inform you the shipment tracking number.
